How do I get my certificate?
After completing a course, you will be redirected to the main course page where you can download your certificate. You can also access your certificates by visiting your dashboard.
What is the certificate ID number used for?
The certificate ID number may used to verify the authenticity of your certificates. Visit the verification page and you’ll see a field where you can input the unique ID number. Type the ID number exactly as it appears on your certificate. After entering the unique ID number, click on the “search” button to initiate the verification process.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?
Receipts are automatically emailed to you after you make a purchase. If you do not receive the email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also view all of your orders on your My Account page.
How long do I have access to courses?
Course access expiration varies based on course. If you have questions about a specific course, please contact us at ehs-support@ehseducation.com.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email ehs-support@ehseducation.com to request a refund.
